"Circulon Elite cook pots set: The pans seem to cook evenly. So far it looks as though the non-stick surface will last many years without flaking. However the smaller saucepans have balance problems with the handles.

The handles are just to large and cause the smaller sauce pans to fall over before the food is put in. No handle problems with the medium to large pans."
