"Great cookware, love it! I purchased this set of cookware last month. I expected a good set, but it was even better than I thought it would be. It is extremely durable and heavy, due to the stainless steel plate underneath each piece. That plate also contributes to nice even heating and a very flat surface for glasstop stoves.
